Unprotected sex and endoscopy

I had unprotected sex on the 20th of December.. I took the morning after pill (levonelle) the next day (21st of December) and then was told to wait for my period and take a test if I missed it or it was abnormal. On the 1st of January I got what I thought was my period.. but it lasted 3/4 days and was more spotting than like my usual period. I decided to take a test because I have an endoscopy coming up on the 22nd of January and was a little worried.. both tests came back negative; however I am still a little worried because of my endoscopy. I have also noticed some blood today after wiping and im not sure what that is either.. it was only a small amount but Im confused.
