I am 7 days late I am feeling very weird. I have alot of cramps, using the bathroom alot and feeling like I'm going to throw up but I never do throw up. I have had endometriosis before but I have ever never left this sick could I be pregnant? I also have a cold right now.

You would need to do a pregnancy test to know for sure. As your period is late a pregnancy test would be accurate now.
