I've been having unprotected sex a lot recently and I got pregnant but never realised and continued having unprotected sex,dose this mean anything?

Hi Kayt,

Are you worried that having sex could harm your pregnancy? Unless you have been advised otherwise by your midwife (say for example because you've experienced heavy bleeding during pregnancy), it is perfectly safe. There's more information about sex and pregnancy here:

If you haven't done so already, you should go and see your GP as soon as possible to discuss your care going forward and get all the information you might need, and start taking Folic Acid, a very important pregnancy supplement.
