I don't know what to do I'm a week late for my period and I took a test it was negative but I'm having all the symptoms as if I was pregnant what am I to do I never been late before and I am 31

Hi there,

I think your best option would be to take another test and perhaps you should go to a family planning clinic, if there is one near you, and take one there? That way if you haven’t started your period and the test it is still coming up as negative they can advise you on what to do? And if it comes back positive they will talk through what to do next.
