Yet another one fast approaching as normal I am not full of festive cheer IBD/Diverticular Disease is my main problem just as well it's only myself and husband here 2 cater 4 thank you but that is bad enough!!!

So I am just doing a chicken this year and my safe(ish) veg that I think that I will be able 2 try & eat OK as 4 him he can eat everything so it will be 2 menu's as ever so it's a nightmare all round but will try my best as I do all the time and I bet 100% I will cook 4 him and the ungrateful SOD that he is he won't eat what ever I try and do!!! After all he knows half of what I go through 365 days a year and doesn't even try 2 help or ease my problems ( well 2 be honest there is nothing he can do as the Doctors ETC can't also ) and most people will be full of Xmas Joy apart from our group on this site

So any tips PLEASE!!!
