Please has anyone taken Tumeric + from future you Cambridge. They are saying It’s thirty times more absorbable than standard turmeric powder and contains vitamin C and D which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage as well as the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function*.

My husband has taken it for many years and swears by it - says his joints feel better. I tried it on their free trial and it gave me heartburn so I stopped taking it.

I take turmeric from British Supplements. It doesn't contain vitamin c and d, which I also take separately, but it does contain black pepper extract which is necessary for uptake.

No I haven’t but I buy bunches of fresh organic turmeric and ginger root regularly and put it minced in smoothies, yogurt and savory dishes often with fresh mint, thyme, sage and rosemary. I also regularly boil eggs and grind the eggshells in a cofffee bean blender to make ground eggshells annd put 1/2 teaspoon of it in smoothies or yogurt. All or most of above supposedly help bone health.
