I wonder if anyone has a similar problem to me. I have several spinal fractures and cervical stenosis. I have lost over four inches in height am very bent over and my ribs are now touching my hip bones. As I am quite large busted I find wearing a bra extremely uncomfortable. Can anyone recommend a comfortable bra that would give me support.

I think it is probably a very personal thing, I am very full busted and I’ve been wearing the Triumph Delicate Doreen bra on and off for many years, I started with regular Doreen but they now seem to have a ‘delicate’ version which I like.
Every now and again I decide to try other bras but I always end up going back to this. The ‘delicate’ I think must refer to the fact that it is very soft. It has no wiring about it either, I’m short waisted anyway and find the wires dig in.
It might be worth trying a good bra shop where you can be fitted, I’ve used Bravissimo and M&S in the past but I always seem to end up back with my Triumph Doreen.
Thank you Fruitandnutcase. I didn't know there was a Triumph Delicate Doreen bra. I normally the Triumph Doreen so will definitely try the delicate one. I have tried several makes but have always found Doreen the best. It is difficult for me to get to the shops to get measured so thanks again.
I gave up wearing underwear a long time ago!
I have recently changed to non-wired from M&S which I'm finding comfortable but will also check out the Doreen 'delicate'. I too have my ribs touching my hips and I find that distressing. I've gone from having a little tummy to now having a second tummy on top which begins just under my bust. I don't know if losing weight my help get rid of the second tummy. I'd love to hear from anyone who has been able do this.
