Binosto query

I've been taking Binosto (effervescent alendronic) for 3 months as I have swallowing issues. But I'm not sure that I'm happy with it. Has anyone else queried it or changed to injections?

Thanks Lulu. I watched that webinar the other day, gave me a lot of food for thought. May ring the helpline as I'm a member, just not very happy swallowing the liquid as have small hiatus hernia too. The injections and alendronic acid have two different mechanisms of action, so still pondering. Thanks again, there are so many interesting things on here.
