Sufficient Medical Care?

Had my scores done 12/1/2021:

Lumbar spine - T-score was -2.7

Z-score was -.09

Total Left Hip - T-score was -2.4

Z-score was -1.2

Left Femoral Neck - T-score was -2.8

Z-score was -1.3

Question: I'm due in December 2024 for my 3 year scores. Should I insist on more thorough testing such as right hip? Right Femoral Neck? Shoulders? Upper back/neck?

Seems a bit insufficient to me.

Thanks for any input.

They usually only scan one hip, because osteoporosis is systemic so bone loss should be similar throughout the body. Your t-scores are only just into the osteoporosis range and your z-scores show that your bone density is within the normal range for age (anything better than -2.0).
