I bought one a few years ago when I fractured my sacrum. It really didn’t help me at all so it went into a cupboard and has stayed there ever since. I can’t remember the make and I think it was for the sacroiliac region. You pulled it round your body and fastened it with Velcro straps. I think my pelvis was just too fragile when I was trying to use it.
Looking online there seem to be a lot more of them and a lot of heated ones which might be nice if they weren’t too tight. I buy those Deep Heat stick on patches. They stay warm for a few hours. I often use them if it is very cold outside, it’s like having built in central heating. They do keep you warm and my old arthritic body doesn’t do too well with the cold.
