natsulph, one of the bone builders, annatto tocotrienol, is also a cancer fighter. In the first ncbi link under STAT3 and Tocotrienol, it states Y tocotrienol (gama) inhibited constitutive activation of STAT3 in multiple myeloma cells (Kannappan et al. 2010b). The dougcookrd link introduces annatto tocotrienol and describes some of it's benefits and the recommended dosage. Another bone builder and osteoporosis reverser is boron. The second ncbi link describes the many benefits it offers and although it states 3mg a day is adequate using one 3mg with each meal for your osteoporosis is appropriate. Dr Jorge Flechas MD, in his youtube video on boron states much higher levels can be used without toxicity however start with 3mg and increase dosage once you determine, as with any supplement, there are no reactions. In the future science link boron is also being used in cancer fighting drugs. Magnesium is another bone builder that also activates vitamin D and thiamine. 320 mg of magnesium a day is recommended. See krispin for more magnesium info. Activated thiamine is needed to activate B6 and is critically needed by your digestive system to assure you getting the nutrition you need. Cancer patients are prone to be thiamine deficient and high levels of thiamine are needed to counter loss due to chemotherapy discussed in the third ncbi link. Vitamin C is a bone builder and a cancer fighter especially in the liposomal form. For a calcium source, examine New Zeland bovine bone as the body recognizes calcium from living sources and it also brings important bone building nutrients. Always consult your health care provider before using any supplement.

natsulph, the K vitamins are important to health and play many roles. K2MK4 is especially important not only for bone health but fighting cancer. Most supplements are synthetic and do not provide the active form needed. Look for grass fed sources or from emu oil in that, as Dr Weston Price observed, micrograms instead of miligrams are needed to be effective
