How frustrating is this!!!!

Wanted to raise other members awareness of a problem I have just encountered calling the ROS helpline.

After waiting for a total of 36 mins to speak to one of the nurses I decided I would hang up.

Straight after something prompted be to re dial.

On doing this an automated answering sevice informed me the healthline was closed.

On listening further I was informed they are closed between 1 and 2pm.COME ON ROS please update your phone system and trying telling people who call from 1pm onwards that the lines are closed till 2pm instead of telling us someone will answer your call shortly.

The issue does not appear to be with the phone line.

It is how things are set up.

That is where the problem needs resolving!!!
