Sorry it's not very clear, but this is what I received from the hospital 5 years ago. This year I've heard nothing from them. The three year follow up referral was rejected

I guess as it's been five years there is no reason to reject you now. Be a squeaky wheel!

You should get scanned every 3 years. I agree with HeronNS . How old are you? If you're post-menopause, you should definitely get scanned regularly. Are you based in NHS? Maybe they base their referrals on different criteria. What prompted the previous scan?
