Hi Fuzzypink

The telephone helpline is closing at 5pm on the 23rd December and we reopen at 9am on Tuesday 3rd January. Starting in January 2017 we will be opening from 9am until 7pm on Tuesdays so as we are often a bit quieter in the evening this would be a good time to phone on our first day back. In the mean time don' t forget you'll find many of your questions answered on our website nos.org.uk or you can email the nurses on nurses@nos.org.uk and we will get back to you in the New Year

Best wishes
