I am not aware of this therapy in the UK, but perhaps the NOS helpline can advise you further on this.
Would be interested to hear what the helpline nurses say about this.
Something that was used for US astronaughts I believe.

It helps the remineralization of bones

If you live in Italy MEle perhaps contact the health professionals there about this.
Probably a good idea to contact your own medical advisers also, concern this.
Or perhaps contact the manufacturers in Italy.
