One of the most important things is to drink lots of water.Avoid salt and processed foods.

Get your weight down.

Do exercise, as you've started. Short intensive bouts is good. Get out of breath within 3 minutes. No dawdling along singing Nat King Cole !😝. More Rolling Stones!🥵

Good luck. You've made a great start.

The website of Blood Pressure UK, a charity, has lots of information on how you can lower your blood pressure naturally.

There has been some recent research I read about on blood pressure. The research said that food additives were one of the things that, in our western diet, can make blood pressure worse. If you don't do so already, you should cook your meals from scratch and avoid ready-made meals. Also, cut down on salt and drink plenty of water.

I've been on this dose for 18 months. The only side effect I get is blocked sinus. I did come off, no problems at all, to change to another pull but went back to this one. As others have said, lose excess weight, drink plenty of water, watch the salt and exercise. Good luck.

it is a potassium salt and your kidney function should have be checked before hand if there is any query about that
