It is a known side effect from Losartan. When I was at one time switched to a less effective drug for me my slight itching stopped.
Hi seasider18 - yes just recently I have had all over skin itching without any sign of a rash. Didn't know what was causing it maybe until now. I also take atorvastatin as well??? causing of skin itching.
I stopped the Statin due to joint pain but that had not caused itching. I was taking 100mg of losartan at the time and now only take 12.5mg and still have a slight itch. It is not really bad but I'm aware of it. The itch is better than the side effects from other BP pills.
