Can't get this out of my mind was I always safe or very lucky

Sorry had high blood pressure at reacent Hosp stay and on shift change a new doctors came very close to injecting me with a low blood pressure drug as machine that checks your pressure developed a fault he was not to know but luckily when he returned with new cannula and drug in large syringe last doctor was passing and asked what had changed

Sorry for late reply but just spotted this.My mum had low blood pressure and was recovering after a major op at a convalescent hospital and was given some meds.The nurse shortly after came running in asking her if she had taken them.Fortunately she hadn't got round to taking them as they were bp meds for a patient with the same name.I wonder how often this happens.
