Has anyone lowered their blood pressure with excersise and if so how much a week.
Hello. In my opinion exercise is very good but alone exercise can't do much in high no if not supported by good diet. U have to avoid oily food, sugary food, ta to get full benefits of exercise.
Hello. And in exercise it is good to have a brisk walk. Cycling. Light aerobics. High bp patient should avoid heavy exercise like weight lifting .
