Ok, when I first started my period They would be extremely heavy but wouldn’t get the painful cramps (half the time I’d forget that I’m on my period)
For about 5 month Now they’ve just changed.
I started getting extremely painful periods but very light.
I used to be able to track my periods but they either come late than expected.
Back in August the day before I went a way I was getting brown discharge which indicates to me that I’m getting my period so was monitoring through the days and noticed that it wasn’t my period because it was pretty much spotting how 16 days after my period actually started. This has never happened before.
I’m not taking the pill or sexually active.

Hi, go see your doctor for the necessary checks and reassurance, it could be anything or nothing. Periods change all the time, especially at the beginning, mine were never regular nor my daughters.
Hi Gem Gem95 - Please get to a doctor as quickly as you can. This can be a lot of things, or nothing.
Also, you will probably find more help in a different community like Pelvic Pain Support Network. If you go to the top of your screen you will see "My Communities" and then can select "Browse All Communities", and see what would help you.
Agree with others that you need to see a doctor. They will probably preform an ultrasound. You probably have cysts which can cause the issues you are talking about. They usually go away on their own and aren't cancerous, but you need to review with a gynocologist. When issues are caught early on they are easier to deal with. Don't spend time worrying, put don't off going to the doctor any longer.
