I suffer from complex regional pain syndrome I have done since 2006. Uh, the pain is unbearable. Sometimes it comes and goes in spasms. Um, I was an outdoor person. I was in the Armed Forces Army when this happened. Um, and now it's unbearable. I don't do anything. My mental side. I get depressed because of the pain and the constant pain. Um, and there are many times where I thought I really can't do this anymore and don't want to do this anymore. Um, because I can't do this, do things physically because of the, um, pain and on PTSD from while I was in the forces as well.

To Ronald,

My late hubby was in Armed Forces (Army) as well [also same first name] ... fortunately he didn't suffer PTSD... but plenty do.

Wishing you all the best.

Mr. Ronald my heart goes out to you😪, and I thank you for your service to this country . My dad is a veteran. He still suffers from PTSD😔. As you know many veterans try to self medicate with alcohol, drugs, and other risky/deadly behaviors. Decades later my dad still suffers with Night Terrors, though not as frequently as he did when he first finished his tours of duty, and returned home to civilian life🙂. My dad lost friends while serving in the military😢. I am glad my dad came back, and raised us to the best of his ability. I cry for those family members who have a flag in place of their loved one. I also cry for those who come back with physical, and mental/emotional scars. May the GOD I serve give you strength, healing/restoration in your mind/soul. GOD bless you. XoXo
