Hi everyone,

A few of you may have noticed some issues with our Support Centre today. Unfortunately, we’ve been experiencing some technical issues with our support technology providers and are trying to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you’re experiencing any problems, have concerns or want to reach out to the Support team here (hello!), you can reach us at support@healthunlocked.com and we’ll do our best to help you until we’re back up and running as normal.

I’m really sorry for any inconveniences or delays caused in getting back to you. We’ll be in touch when we have more information and, in the meantime, we appreciate your patience with us.

Vesa, thanks for letting us know.

Personally I have not contacted the Support Centre today; but when I did so in the past, the reply was always quick, kind and helpful.

Hope it'll be sorted out for you without too much hassle.

Computers....if you could only talk to them....

Vesa I've been on here. For quite awhile. Are there two different places you can lock your post. When someone writes a post and you reply

You can lock your post there just for community. But someone comes on and leaves a post and doesn't lock it. Say I write something and get replys but I didn't lock it. Is post question the only way to lock . I know this sounds silly. Sorry just was confused a little. Thanks susiejo1948

You can only choose to make your own posts visible to "Only community members", not replies to others posts. It doesn't sound silly at all! Once our Help Centre is back up, I will send you through an article on it that you can read about this. Best,
