Technical issues: An update

Hi All,

As mentioned on Friday, HealthUnlocked has been experiencing some technical issues. We would like to thank you for your patience over the weekend, and today, we have an update for you!

The issue was identified where HealthUnlocked was not responding quick enough to members, and this was impacting some people having access to the platform. Although we initially attempted to increase the number of resources HealthUnlocked runs on, unfortunately, this did not mitigate the issue.

After further investigation, our tech team identified the "Related Posts" feature as the source of the outages. So, to resolve the issue of people not being able to access the platform, a decision was made to disable this feature, allowing the rest of the site to function.

While the issue has been resolved, we are continuing to investigate why "Related Posts" caused this issue, so that we can bring the feature back as soon as possible.

We hope this brings some clarity - and thank you in advance for your patience whilst our tech team work on getting all features back up and running.

As always, we will update you when needed.

All the best,

The HealthUnlocked Team

Thank you Saskia, as others have mentioned the " Related Posts" is an important and more than helpful feature when it works properly.

Hope it will be back soon.
