I had my induction yesterday and then did 20 minutes on the treadmill at 3 mph. All on the flat to start. Then 10 minutes on the reclining bike whilst watching TV (some property show).

Felt great after, legs ache today but that's good. I think I will enjoy it.

I probably won't get there again until the weekend as I am working in London tomorrow (the awful fumes) and nearer home on Friday. I also have to get up at 5.30 tomorrow to get the train. YUK

A little poem:

I went for a walk

With my Uncle Jim

When some one threw a tomato at him

Now tomatoes are soft and don't hurt the skin

This one did because it was still in the tin

watch out for tomatoes Gym :D

Good start Lynne

Always thought of the gym as healthy had not heard of any dangers Gipper always something more to learn if you think you know it all then learning is impossible as the saying goes

I've been going regularly for the last few weeks and I've secretly began to enjoy it. I too do the treadmil. I like the rowing machine and do a bit of resistance training on weights to strengthen my bones.

Luckily it's a gym at work so it's quite quiet too.

Prune and Senna gel (Puritan's Pride) regular help

Well yes I'm sure it has! ;-) interestingly the gym seems to negate the need for such stuff. Not sure why though! I fear I may be scaring my body!
