Hemoglobin and low Iron

does low hemoglobin effect your other health problems and low Iron or am I just been dramatic? lol xxxxx

i suffer with low iron alot, it makes you really tired, if you are suffering with it you need to be on iron supplements and watch it doesnt get too low, i think the level is about 11 or 13, mine went down to about 8 once which was way too low. The tiredness can effect you by making you feel dizzy, etc. San x

At present my hemoglobin level is 9.3 and iron is low that she has put me on ferrous fumate for good with me been animic I have to have another hb test in 4 weeks and I am very very tired and lots of headaches my lowest it has been 6.5 I was in hospital that same day to get blood transfusion just keeping everything crossed it never gets that low again x x x

I suffer from anaemia and I'm also on ferrous furmate, but my tiredness, headaches ect were not improving. I've recently been diagnosed with a folic acid deficiency so I now have folate anaemia. They've put me on folic acid too and my symptoms are easing.
