Feeling a lot better today

Was at the hospital for blood test this morning, then went to the Dr's to have my flu jab.

Managed to walk there and home again without getting breathless like I was on Monday.

Good days and bad days, yesterday was a bad one felt breathless just moving about - today just the opposite.

Yesterday I was working and had to walk up a hill for half an hour. I took it staeady and I was fine. Felt really good about it actually.

Great you are feeling better hope tomorrow is the same, had a good day myself today had some retail therapy with my daughter and she always drives so I was a lady of leisure waving like the Queen instead of driving.
