Well the good news is my D r says safe for me to have injection when offered. Also Boris has backed down to one day which is going to be sad but much safer idea for lots. My family all having Christmas at home this year first time we are all being apart but safer that way even if it does mean mum has to cook. Bad news no hugs on my birthday from my grandma will be 18 on Wednesday but looking forward to having big party when this is all over with family and friends. Keep safe everyone and have a safe Christmas.

Yes, it's a shame you won't be able to celebrate your birthday in style, but you will be safer to all stay in your own homes, and when all this is over you can have the party of all parties!

It's sad that Christmas plans have to be changed for so many people, but also a bit of a relief as I kept thinking about the aftermath of 5 days of mixing with other households indoors. Lots of people would be sensible about it, but there will always be those who won't and I think they may be the ones who spread it all about.

One day this will all be in the history books and life will be normal again!
