Hello everyone, hope you are all getting on well. What is it...It wasn’t the cough that carried him off. It was the coffin they carried him off in?
So my exam was delayed by one month for a total of seven months since last looking inside my bladder. A new tissue was there but the urologist isn’t sure about and wants to look again in three months, and then maybe biopsy it.
Remember in September it would be two years cancer free and eligibility for the lung recipient list. Now I am worried that this stage IV emphysema is my last curtain call.
And my other doctor had me do a urine toxicology test to see if I might be taking illicit drugs. Apparently it is a state thing now for anyone taking controlled medications like tramadol (oromorph) for pain and Xanax (Valium) for sleep. I had to sign a form regarding the dangers/side effects of each and have a phone interview with my Dr this week.
The good news is that I’m conversing over zoom with a recording engineer that worked with The Rolling Stones for many years. So my song recordings should see an increase in quality soon I hope.
Chin up, everyone. We will get through this...be safe...keep your distance, and wear the mask.

I'm sorry you didn't have better news about your health. But what amazing news about your music, how awesome to be in contact with the Rolling Stones recording engineer. 🎸 Thinking of you and wishing you all the best
Good luck with this going forward. My cystoscopy is already 3 months overdue, and counting; I'm shielding so not too unhappy with the delay (fingers crossed).
Thanks for the heartwarming replies. I love you dearly. It's so dififcult for healthy people to know what it feels like to be short of breath and tremendously fatigued. This group is immeasurably valuable.
3 months overdue Dedalus? You have my empathy. Please let me know the outcome.
