I've just recieved my reusable respromat inhailer with it's new instructions pack, seem a good idea as it will save on plastic waste and I'm sure be no different in its delivery system .

Rest assured if it turns out to be substandard you will be the first to hear about it

This is what I have but it’s not reusable? Do I need to request a reusable one? Also one is green packaging the other is blue weird!

I have the same one you have pr1 , it still has a couple of days left so I dont start using my new " environmentally friendly" one just yet, they are the same inhailer/drug just less wasteful. I'm assuming you will be issued one shortly as others have had them issued also .

Can the reusable one be used with a spacer?

Not open'd it up yet HH but the other one is a breath easy one ,once activated it expels a mist which is easy to breath in

I’ve got the non reusable Respimat which I use with a spacer, trying to see from your picture if the reusable one has the same end, and whether it would fit into a spacer 🔍

I wonder why all inhalers aren’t reusable now 🤔 Ones like Seretide or Ventolin with the canister thingy (whatever it’s called?) it often comes loose and rattling around in the plastic part, why not just reissue the canister? Maybe manufacturers will start to do that?

Standardized inhailer mouth pieces would be simpler HH, and environmentally speaking reusing the canister holders would help cut down on plastic consumption but people will always want to sell their product hence different size &shape inhailers , I'll open my new reusable one and let you know if the mouth piece has the same dimensions as the original .
