Beautiful afternoon, a few laps walking round the pond today. The first cylinder of oxy finito-4 hours worth of walking in the first week. Feeling better with it. Walking A bit more comfortable but still working on the flat for now. Followed with lunch with-sister and the kids. All in -a good day. My new nick name by sisters- Dora the explorer ((oxy)back pack)πŸ€ͺ

Thanks for the good advice. I’m not going to push it until I get advice on my progress etc from the consultant which isn’t until next month.

Ha! Used to watch Dora the explorer with my grandson, think I enjoyed it more than he did lol. Good to hear that you have been out and about and things are working out for you x now lets check the map x
