What Grandma said.

"Always wear clean underwear",

My Grandma used to say,

"You never know you may go out

And get run over one day".

I liked to do what Grandma said,

And do things in her way.

So when I buy my underwear.

I always ask for grey.

I was about to report you when I spotted that flimsy underwear picture!! 😂🤣 Your Grandma said the same as mine 👵🏻xx

in reply to Yatzy

I changed the picture because nobody responded half an hour after I posted the flimsy one and I envisaged you all fainting at the size....I mean sight. ;-)

My Granny said that too and it was the first thing that came to mind as I waited for the ambulance. My underwear was clean but not colour coordinated. When I returned home, the first thing I did was to clear out my underwear drawer and put everthing in matching sets.

I can’t believe that I struggled for breath and thought about underwear at this time:—)

Ha! Ha! I'm paranoid about clean undies and PJs since being taken into hospital the first time! Granny always knows best. xx Moy

I was ill once while we were on holiday in Scotland. After a terrible night my husband called 111 and they decided to send an ambulance out. We were on a campsite in our motorhome, so my husband had to go and warn the stewards the ambulance was on its way, as they'd need to open the gates for it.

Before I let him go, although I was in pain and could hardly breathe, I made him find my clean pyjamas and help me on with them! My mum would have been so proud!

Bravo! 😂

Yes, because it's true.

You never know the minute when you will be in an emergency situation whether you are healthy or not. So if that's your second day in your socks, change them now:-)
