First part of new regime done!

Had my appointment with health care assistant. Allocated half an hour, only in 10 minutes. Peak flow, blood pressure, weight check and a few ‘Are you breathless when’ questions. A print out of results showed a 5% improvement on last year’s test. Yay!! I have a form to fill in about how COPD affects my life and then go back next week to discuss everything with the nurse. Quite pleased with my little self, despite the family calling me a ‘Glass back’ . I’ll show ‘em. 😂

Good job my test wasn’t today, peak flow down from 180 yesterday to 130 today, think I may have had my legs smacked. I will ask next week why the readings are so inconsistent. Will they know???Does it matter??? Just pleased the test was yesterday and I missed them asking me why, because I don’t have a clue!🤔
