Just as other things in life

Short cuts are quite rare.

In dealing with our ailments,

That fact will still occur.

Those tablets and inhalers,

Will help you on your way.

But the effort that you put in,

You'll find will really pay.

The huffing and the puffing

Is what you need to do.

To shift that nasty mucus

Which sticks in there like glue.

You'll find the information,

On how to do that here.

Then post and ask the question,

If that is still not clear.

Because we are all completely different and our ailments are completely different, telling you what I do would not help you much. That was the point of my message. You need to put the effort into finding out what is the best course of action for you personally by experimenting with the various methods available. The difference between folk who make progress and those that don't, is usually due the to amount of self-help they have been able to apply.

Hey Don do you remember Spit the dog ? I hope you're not encouraging Midge into bad habits, Sheila xx

Crumbs! That's going back a bit, Spit the Dog. I don't have that problem with Midge, but I do get a bit worried about her drink problem.
