Hi, everyone. I’m an 80 year old COPD sufferer. Hope I can add something to this forum with 40 years bearing this disease. I also have asbestias and experienced a triple heart bypass two years ago. Over the year I’ve experienced some nasty episodes living with COPD. and learned there are plenty of Do’s and Dont’s.
I find the most important aspect to control being medication and exercise.

Hi garibaldon, I must say you seem to take it all in your stride, well done. Oh yes plenty of do's and dont's with copd and that's for sure. You will find lots of support here and I'm sure you can offer lots of support to us. Nice to meet you ✋️😊
