Hi, everyone. I’m an 80 year old COPD sufferer. Hope I can add something to this forum with 40 years bearing this disease. I also have asbestias and experienced a triple heart bypass two years ago. Over the year I’ve experienced some nasty episodes living with COPD. and learned there are plenty of Do’s and Dont’s.

I find the most important aspect to control being medication and exercise.

Merry Xmas everyone. After a month of chest infections and 3 courses of antibiotics

I think I’m ok. I must remember to take my inhaler with me when I go to my sons for Xmas lunch
