Tried the self-love meditation part one this morning..she has good “mantras”.. I copied them..
You know when you wake up not feeling tops and you will have that cup of coffee but you need a little more looking at the road ahead..
Chose two for you..

“ I believe in myself and my capabilities to do anything I want”
