Pip help received

Morning all. A big thank you for all your responses to my ?’s what do I ask doc about pip form. I’m going in this afternoon and taking a determined manner in with me. I did ask my asthma nurse if she would do me a letter for pip but was told afraid not. Only the doc can do this. Even though I see her more than the doc. Never mind on and up as the saying goes. Lol.
