Ears and hearing

Well, I may not have full hearing restored today but will at least know how they are going to repair my eardrum, I googled the surgeon a Mr Roland who seems well qualified in his field.

I have a friend who's a retired nurse and she says that he's very nice. She worked in his clinic in the past.

Well he sure looks it from his web photo would the clinic she worked in be at Renacres?

It would have been the hospital at Southport [or Ormskirk] since they move between the two. I was under his team for my wax microsuction which went well.

yes he did my right ear with suction and forceps it really was a nice experience he was so apologetic if he had caused any pain

well skis it is like you and Mr herny nothing can be done because he only works with his patient under general and because of the lungs it is a big no-no, just have to try and keep it dry in the shower, and like the COPD have to be always on the alert for infections and act at the first sign, he did unbung the right ear from wax there was enough for my crimbo candles and of course I am getting new hearing aids

well Ant any improvement he has managed to give you is a blessing and as you say you will have to pay attention to the small details to avoid more serious problems.good luck with the new aids.............skis and scruff x
