Pains and sound in the chest

Good morning famz, i have been having serious pains in my chest, most times if i stretch there is this sound from the mid point of my chest as if the bones are freed from stress. Pls wat can i do. Thx

Always get chest pains checked by a doctor to rule out anything serious. If they say it's strained or cramping intercostal muscles see an osteopath or chiropractor who will massage the ribs and give exercises and tips to improve the pains. If you have a reliever inhaler, use it before you do anything strenuous. Good luck, and let us know how you get on.

I agree with Ergendl - never minimize chest pain.
