Hi

Exercise will cause a runny nose, and help to dislodge mucus.

Have you tried a nasal spray, you can get one on prescription.

I use over the counter "Otrivine" seems to keep it under control.

If your normally on a level 2 for oxygen then you should not set it any higher without medical advice, it can be very dangerous. Speak to your GP

Hi, Louie

I am on 3 then 8 for work-outs and find a good nose blow-out before starting and as required during, actually makes me feel better. I think I'm kidding myself that somehow the alvioli are opening up and absorbing more of the extra oxygen. Stone is right about loosening the mucus, so maybe the effect produced by the extra oxygen is beneficial, but just annoying. It's definitely different from the nose runs that I get when I've tried walking or exercising without any oxygen assistance!

Keep up the work-outs!
