San Francisco since 1984. Emigrated from Dublin. This procedure is totally new.I am in a clinical trial research . I think within the first 10 people. They are starting to treat EMPHYSEMA like cancer. Bombard the area with radiation (3days) . No Chemo!! The idea is to collapse the bad parts and give the good part room to expand . No real results until March for X-ray to see progress .in the meantime "onward an upward" CANNOT GIVE IN.
