Hi many of you may have read my previous post regarding waiting timescales. Well I contacted my GP surgery on Tuesday (knowing GP was back from his holidays then) and own behold today I recieve a letter from my surgery with information for me to contact hospital to make appointment. So pleased I contacted them. Anyway I have made appointment for July so all is well now. Just thought I would update people. All GPs etc must do things differently

The appointment I made at Hospital has now been cancelled and another made for 8th September. I do think its a long time to go from being diagnosed by GP to wait to speak to someone about possible medication etc. At present I have not spoken to a professional about my condition apart from my original appointment with my GP and he didnt give me any info other than the Hospital will give you all info needed, so now i will wait till September unless they cancel that appointment as well. Anybody else had this experience?
