A windy day !

Hi,

Here is a similar view to one I posted before, but the weather conditions are different as you can see. Hope this works this time, as I cannot seem to post some of the photos. Do not understand why.

Hi eyes,

Yes it is, I love the sea in all its moods, but particularly when stormy and watching to see if any of the yachts break away from their moorings!

Hi Wendells,

It was pretty stormy when this was taken. Glad you are not getting bored by them. Just shows how the weather affects the same view.

Hi rocket,

Just wanted to show roughly the same view in different conditions. As you say still wonderful. I remember trying to take pictures that day, and could hardly hold the camera still. If you like these views can you print them if you want to?

Have a good sleep,

Take care,

Maybe some of your photos were taken on a different camera or phone or with the picture resolution set too high. The higher the resolution the more data. The more mega pixels the size of the camera the more data. The data limit on HU is 5 Mb I believe. Either edit the picture by using save as, and save it in a smaller size or resolution. .BMP files are much bigger than .jpg files or use crop to physically make the size smaller.

Hope this helps. Regards Rib

Thanks a lot Rib, all the photos were taken on the same camera, but I may have enlarged them in my photosmart printer or in the editing part. Thanks for info, and will keep it in mind. I have a peacock that visits me and have been trying to post it, but always been unsuccessful so far. I will keep trying though. Take care,

Lovely, I love to watch and hear the wind. I like to be inside as the wind takes my breathe from mex

I use to love walking in the wind, and the stronger the better. Not any more though, but I do love the sound of it though. Apart from when we had the hurricanes, as that was a bit hairy!! In the worst one we lost over 2000 trees on the island, and massive damage to property. My fire place is blocked off, but when it is windy I can still hear the wind howling down it, as it next to my bed, and it lulls me off to sleep! LOL

I see also that the roof tops have been blown away! Take care of yourself in the wind. I hope your hat is solidly attached to your head. Hugs, Mic

Hi Mic,

Yes, I just conjured up the wind, and it did its magic. Its been really windy here today actually, and the ferries went on amber alert, which means that the sailings could be cancelled or timetable disrupted at any time, or they might have to sail to another Port. Its calmed down now though.

Enjoy the Gulf Stream while it passes by you! Hopefully global warming won't touch it too much.
