Yep is Shocking with a BIG SSss how things just dont seem to get better

Anyone get feeling of folding discomfort of epigastric region when sat up ... like a squashing folding of your internal organs when you sit up till it makes you feel ill and have to slouch or lie down

Yer a don't suffer refux its just SHHhhh really as cant sit up for long ... yer GP give me good squeze till it hurt but just said everthing ok

So i don't know what to make of it all given my lung disease problems

  • Yeah, Daz, I get much the same problems with bloating etc that you complain of both now and in previous posts. Often just bending putting something in the fridge or freezer causes immediate inflation. I find that the only way to relieve it is to lie down, just for 5 or 10 mins is often enough.

    Other times it seems to occur when I haven't eaten and - daft as it sounds - a curry or stir-fry (and a lie down) will actually bring the bloating down after a short while !

  • Yes Daz I get it as well blame excess weight in midriff area stretching or lying flat for a short time usually helps but losing weight would be better I think .
