That's a very good link thanks...I always used to breathe into the top of my chest

I agree. It does actually work. I seem to recover quicker when I'm a bit puffed.

Your link was very interesting and informative, Sometimes we forget to breathe properly and need reminding, I was particularly interested in what he had to say about breathing while eating. I shall have to practice that!
