Amazing that word happiness, it means so many different things to different people. I have learnt (the hard way) to be happy with what I have. It took some time, but I had that and now I am. There are some really special people on this site that have helped so thank you to them. You know who you are.

People are what really count in this world, not so called power and money. They mean nothing without good people and friends.

Thats why Iv'e given all the money I never had away and joined this community. The knowledge and support that I have gained from meeting good people such as you King and at Breathe Easy has made a massive difference to me.

I love the words and oh so true, it has taken COPD to make me realise what a wonderful life I have and what amazing children I have bought up, well that is a bit naughty I am sure they had some input into their life style!! Sun always makes me feel better if my breathing is not good well use the shade and enjoy the sun, simple things are the best in my book, a garden to sit in , watching the birds, and the young dog I look after a couple of days a week, what joy she brings and still so naughty but funny, so yes life is good, oh I would love to be off oxygen, able to walk around, but here I am on my computer, ready to start another day. Breathe Easy my friends, and have a good day.xx

I appreciate being happy, especially on naughty days when I am getting things out of context and dwelling on them. A big flaw in my character, blowing things out of proportion. Wish I wasn't like that because it is an enemy to happiness.
