I was down your neck of the woods today (CID office at the civic centre Livingston) weather was fantastic, the hottest I have felt it for months, infact the temp in the car was 15c not seen that since last year, long may it last.

Hi Copder thank you for your kind words, The NRAS is the Rheumatoid Arthritis group better known as The RA forum which I also have, the page is the same as the BLF it's full of lovely people who give help and advice to anyone who asks 24/7.Mattcass
