Antibiotics not working for my urine infections... has anyone tried D-Mannose ?

I too have had persistent urine infections which has been ongoing since January this year and still not resolved in July!

I tried D-Mannose which did nothing but I guess it can work for others.

I'm seeing a urologist on Monday but in the meantime my GP is thinking it may be interstitial cystitis and is trying me on some antihistamine tablets. Thankfully though it isn't painful for me but merely tingly.

Having said that, I do get a lot of the other symptoms, i.e. frequency and urgency etc.

I had a scan and all was ok ...

mine is never painful ... drinking lots of boiled lemon water ...

Hello some off you ladies were asking about D mannose I read about it on here and seems to help me I do find the taste remains in my mouth and makes me feel dry .new problem I had Bacterial vaginosis two months ago didn't know I had it apart from a discharge that was grey I had never heard of it .i have a pessery for a prolapsed womb when it was being changed the gyne noticed it I cannot take anti bs for it .any advice on a cursing it and preventing it 🙄
