so, I’ve posted on here previously that i was diagnosed with mitral valve regurgitation /thickened left side on heart wall , in December, with my ejection fractions were 55-60%.
since getting diagnosed I’ve ate healthy and exercised most days inc jogging for 20-30mins.
Now, before all this, my heart rate on my garmin watch when sleeping dropped to 47-49 bpm- which I believe is normal however,
I’ve noticed that over the past month when I’m sleeping my heart rate has dropped to 43-45 bpm.
Is it safe to carry on exercising or shall I inform my gp? If anyone can shed any light on this, I’d be grateful.
