I started on the injection on feb 14th have lost 13lb so far (but have over 6 stone to loose)I'm funding it myself but the money it is costing me to buy it u save on food

As it controls your appetite/food noise

First week on it i went with a friend for a coffee and a scone as we always do once a week

Had a quarter of it and left rest as could not eat it

I'm trying for three small meals a day and plenty of liquid

hi, have you experienced any side effects yet, as I heard some real horror stories?

I did get the odd mild headache but that was probably due to not drinking enough

As soon as I had a drink they went off

Well done - I've been on Semaglutide tablets since September and have lost 4.5 stone and feel so much better.currently selling all my old size 26 clothes on vented and buying lovely new ones on there in size 16 - 18. Good luck xx
